Completed in just four weeks, this prestigious project called for photorealistic renderings that could do justice to its elegant architecture, bespoke interiors, and a striking tropical fish lagoon. Orbis worked closely with the architects, engineers, and designers to deliver visuals that became the centerpiece of a successful pre-opening campaign.
The task
Deliver a comprehensive package of high-end visualizations across both exterior and interior spaces.
The challenge
The project featured a man-made tropical fish lagoon that needed to be rendered with real precision — specific fish species, plants, a series of pools and waterfalls. For the residences, every piece of furniture had to reflect custom designs, with unique fabrics, artwork, and accessories specified by the interior designers. The client team — primarily marketing and sales professionals — had a complete design and construction package but needed our technical expertise to translate it into photorealistic imagery. Some areas were already built and had to be represented exactly as they appeared.
The approach
We worked closely with the architects, marketing team, engineers, and interior designers to build a detailed package that captured every element of the project, from first consultation through final image.
The impact
The renderings let the client feature the visuals across their website, place ads in local and national magazines, and run a strong pre-opening campaign. The images still appear on the reservation page alongside the photography. Much of the work was coordination — with construction teams, architects, and engineers — to understand every detail and represent it faithfully, down to the correct portrayal of bed linens. All of it delivered within a tight deadline.
