In a competitive luxury market, The Grove at Carrión Court reached a notable milestone: 85% of its units sold pre-construction. Orbis worked alongside the project's architects and designers to deliver a cohesive package — design refinement, photorealistic renderings, a virtual reality experience, and a fresh brand identity. This is how considered visual storytelling turned a development into a pre-sales success.
The task
Deliver a comprehensive marketing package — visualization, virtual reality, and collateral — for an upscale residential development.
The challenge
Elevate the exterior and interior design while sharpening the way the project was communicated, so that high-end units could be marketed effectively in a growing luxury market.
The approach
We worked closely with the architects and interior designers to refine both the exterior façade and the interior layouts. From our first consultation, it was clear the façade needed to match the sophistication of the interior concept, so Orbis took a central role in coordinating the teams and bringing the project together as one coherent whole.
As the architectural design was refined, the scope grew to include a new brand identity and a suite of marketing materials. The final layer was an immersive virtual experience that let international buyers explore the project remotely, without the need to travel.
The impact
With sharper design and stronger visual communication, sales and engagement rose markedly. The result spoke for itself: 85% of units sold before breaking ground — a testament to the power of visual storytelling paired with a disciplined marketing approach.
"Orbis took our presentations to a whole new level… It allowed us to showcase the entire property remotely, improving communication with buyers and investors." — Rafael Aponte, Vice President, Rio Blanco Capital Group
