Orbis Design Group was commissioned to provide comprehensive visualization services and architectural consulting for the project. Working closely with the development team, Orbis refined spatial layouts and design elements across multiple villa typologies to enhance overall functionality and aesthetic coherence. The scope also included photorealistic renderings of each unit type, street-level perspectives, 360° walkable virtual tours, animations, and an interactive real estate sales application (RESA)—equipping the client with a complete visual and sales toolkit that elevated Palm Estates' market positioning from launch.
