TGR Holdings is a privately held real estate development and investment firm with a portfolio spanning institutional-scale and residential asset classes across Puerto Rico. As the company moved into luxury residential development with Ocean Five Residences , a boutique, ultra-luxury project in the heart of Condado . Its existing identity no longer reflected the caliber of work it was now delivering. TGR came to Orbis to rebrand the company from the ground up.

The result gives TGR a cohesive, elevated presence worthy of its portfolio, from workforce communities to landmark luxury residences.
