The Legacy is a 44-unit luxury residential development by Rio Blanco Capital, located in Garden Hills, Guaynabo. The project pairs contemporary architecture with a warm residential aesthetic, featuring curated amenities including a full-service spa, fitness center, pool, and communal spaces.
Orbis Design Group was commissioned to provide comprehensive architecture and interior design services, alongside complete marketing collateral. The team produced photorealistic renderings and animations, curated interior environments with bespoke furniture selections from Palacios, and developed a full 2D brochure featuring site plans and typical unit layouts, delivering an integrated visual and spatial experience that captures the elevated lifestyle of this landmark Puerto Rican development.
