Vista Cay is the newest flagship residence at Shell Point, a premier continuing care retirement community along Florida's Gulf Coast. Positioned at the heart of The Island neighborhood, Vista Cay represents a new benchmark in resort-style senior living. Orbis Design Group was commissioned to bring this signature building to life through comprehensive architectural visualization. The team developed photorealistic exterior renderings and an interactive real estate sales application (RESA), alongside immersive 360° walkable virtual tours of Vista Cay's residential units. These visualizations proved instrumental in the building's successful launch, supporting pre-construction sales and enabling prospective residents to explore their future homes with unprecedented spatial clarity. Orbis also contributed visualization services for additional residential typologies across The Island neighborhood.
